De hecho, en 2021 el volumen de compraventas se situ\u00f3 en torno a las 550.000 transacciones. Desde <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.donpiso.com\/agencia-inmobiliaria-donpiso\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\"><span data-ccp-charstyle=\"Hyperlink\">donpiso<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> auguramos una tendencia similar a la del a\u00f1o pasado para el 2022. No obstante, la inflaci\u00f3n, el alza de los tipos de inter\u00e9s y las elevadas cifras de operaciones que se ven\u00edan registrando en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os han provocado que las compras de viviendas y las firmas de hipotecas lleguen a un momento de estabilizaci\u00f3n l\u00f3gica.&nbsp;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Emiliano Berm\u00fadez, subdirector general de donpiso<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, hace un llamamiento a la cautela y explica que \u201c<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">es una situaci\u00f3n que se podr\u00eda prever, ya que lo inusual eran los datos que se ven\u00edan registrando hasta la fecha<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d. \u201c<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Al encontrarnos en una situaci\u00f3n excepcional y de buenos pron\u00f3sticos han sido muchos los que se han refugiado en la compraventa de viviendas como activo refugio.
